Before Order Processing: You can cancel your order at any time before it is processed for shipping. Once your order is marked as "Processing" or "Shipped," it cannot be canceled.

After Order Processing: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may follow our Returns & Exchanges policy after receiving the item.

Process of Order Cancellation

  • Go to the "My Orders" section and Select the order you wish to cancel.
  • Click the Cancel Order button and follow the procedures.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  1. Prepaid Orders: If your order was prepaid, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of cancellation.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders do not require a refund since no payment was made upfront.
