Australian Goods Bangladesh, operated by Brands Outlet Bangladesh Ltd., is an authorised wholesale customer and reseller of Sensuous Pty Ltd., an Australian-owned company specialising in intimate wellness products.
Effective 1 October 2026, the written authorisation covers marketing, promotion, retail and resale of Sensuous products in Bangladesh through our ecommerce platform, Experience Centre and other authorised sales channels.
The authorisation is subject to Sensuous Pty Ltd.’s wholesale terms, brand guidelines and applicable laws, and remains valid unless withdrawn or suspended in writing. It does not establish an exclusive distributorship or authorisation for other brands.

A few things you may want to know
Are you an authorised distributor for every brand listed?
Our commitment is to provide genuine, original products to our customers. We source products from brand companies and documented commercial supply channels, including for brands where we do not hold direct reseller or distributor authorisation.
Purchasing products from a company does not automatically make us its authorised representative. We claim authorised status only where a valid written agreement exists.
For Sensuous, we hold written authorisation as a wholesale customer and reseller in Bangladesh, effective 1 October 2026. This status applies specifically to Sensuous products and does not imply exclusivity.
Can you help with a batch, expiry or packaging question?
Yes. Contact Customer Care with your order number, clear photographs and the batch or expiry details on the packaging. Keep the product and original packaging while the concern is reviewed. Available checks and next steps depend on the product, brand and evidence.
Do you deliver across Bangladesh?
We coordinate delivery to eligible locations across Bangladesh. Availability, charges and estimated timelines depend on the destination and delivery service. Review Shipping & Delivery before ordering.
Can I visit your Experience Center?
Yes. Our Experience Center is at Holding No. 499, Road No. 34, Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka-1206, Bangladesh. Contact Customer Care before visiting for a return, inspection or case review so we can confirm availability and next steps.
Can I return or cancel an order?
Eligible returns, refunds and cancellations follow the published policies, including the relevant product category, order status and time limits. Contact Customer Care with your order number to request help. A request does not automatically confirm approval.
